Health & Safety

Your health and safety is our top priority. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we have put special measures in place to keep our guests safe and limit the spread of infection.

Social Distancing

Tours are currently limited to one group (private tours) to avoid close interactions with individuals outside of your household/bubble.

We are not currently offering transportation to or from accommodation or tour location to avoid close contact in confined spaces.

All interactions with your guide will be outdoors at a safe distance.

Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser will be available during and after your tour. Your guide will show you where this can be found.

Equipment Cleaning

Equipment is thoroughly cleaned between tours and rentals.

Hand Washing

Your guides have stringent hand washing requirements. Gloves will be worn during any handling of food/beverage.

Health Checks

If anyone planning to participate in a tour (guide or guest) is feeling at all unwell, we will work with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.

Touring in the wilderness means that unforeseen circumstances may arise, the most common risks will be discussed with everyone prior to the start of your tour along with how to avoid these situations.

Your guides will do everything in their power (which may include cutting a tour short or cancelling all together) to ensure the health and safety of every individual in the group.

Equipment is always checked after each tour/rental for any damage that may increase risk of malfunction. If any structural damage to equipment is found, it is no longer used for tours or rentals.

During booking, guests will be asked about any dietary requirements or allergies but your guide will check again before your tour starts.

During booking, guests should disclose any health issues or injuries that may impact their level of fitness or ability to safely participate in the activity but your guide will check again before your tour starts.
